Cold Mountain Miso reviews and discussion

They discontinued these from my Sprouts so I got to go buy a bunch for less since I've been an avid fan of this miso for a while. I like the mellow white one, it's great for making my own broth and sauces, or sometimes I just spread it on bread to have in a sandwich. Really sad they're not gonna be at Sprouts anymore, but I'll find it somewhere else and keep purchasing.

Cold Mountain Miso has amazing tubs of miso paste! I absolutely love making my own ramen or having a hot cup of miso broth, so these are always in my fridge. I usually have 2-4 different varieties in my fridge at all times. The lighter paste miso are more mild and versatile. I get these at WinCo or at Sprouts Farmers Markets.
