No customer service whatsoever. No reply to emails. Impossible to cancel subscription easily.

Cancellation of subscription
I have sent multiple emails to cancel subscription and was still charged the next month. No answer on phone line. No voice mail option. No reply to email. Extremely disappointed in service.
