I ordered the very expensive organic sleep mask noting the banner at the top of the Clementine Sleepwear page stating 30 day return policy. It arrived and I removed it from the box. No adjustable strap, as advertised, and too loose to keep eyes closed. I have very dry eyes and was purchasing it for that reason. I replied to the .com and they responded that it can't be returned. What was the point of the banner for 30 day return? Oh, that's right, it doesn't apply to most if not all of their products. REVIEW THEIR TINY PRINT POLICY CAREFULLY. Bait and switch here.

I ordered their sleep mask. I received it today and realized that there is no adjusting in the back strap. Because I opened the box to look at it they refused a refund. I had reached out the same afternoon I received it! Also the box came in a plastic bag for the amount of money I paid. ! Be careful. Better companies with better return policies.
