This was life-changing shortbread. Holy crap. I was so shocked by how delicious it was. Shortbread to me is usually just like a fine, simple cookie (think: trefoils), but the Clairesquares shortbread absolutely melts in your mouth. It is so, so delicious, and I am so sad to have run out. I'll plan to buy this as gifts for people, because it was so good.

Would love to buy tins or bigger sizes! (Aluminum tins would especially be a win for more sustainable packaging)
