Chapel Down reviews and discussion

My parents seem to always have a stock of Chapel Down Bacchus whenever I visit them. My initial reaction to English wine was pretty skeptical. This was hugely misplaced though - Chapel Down Bacchus is consistently delicious. It's a fresh, well balanced white wine that goes well with most foods. They also make a fantastic sparkling wine which is easily as enjoyable as any Cava, Prosecco or even champagne that I've tried. Wait is even just saying this sacrilegious? Either way it's fair to say I love Chapel Down's wines.
