Horrible customer service. Unethical and very slow return policy-they make it impossible to return and have a history of rejecting returns plus they deduct significant sums of money from your purchase if they even accept the return. Would avoid buying from them. They do NOT care about caring for their customers-they should NOT be in business!

Cettire is a scam site never purchase anything from them. I ordered a $1000 dress and it came looking absolutely nothing like the photos so I immediately returned it and never wore it. They said they’re not giving me a refund because there apparently was a “hole” in it and they didn’t even ship it back to me. Just stole my money and helped me with absolutely nothing.

I had a horrific experience with Cettire and will not be purchasing from them again. I bought some Marni shoes, when they arrived I tried them on (on the carpet) and immediately realized they were too small and put them back in the box. I sent them back to be returned, and they took photos of the tiniest little indentation on the bottom of the shoe and claimed they were damaged and could not be returned. I don’t even think that indent was from me. It was the size of a speck. Now I’m stuck with these expensive shoes that don’t fit. I would not recommend. For reference, here are the shoes they said were too damaged on the bottom to return.
