I had a horrific experience with Cettire and will not be purchasing from them again. I bought some Marni shoes, when they arrived I tried them on (on the carpet) and immediately realized they were too small and put them back in the box. I sent them back to be returned, and they took photos of the tiniest little indentation on the bottom of the shoe and claimed they were damaged and could not be returned. I don’t even think that indent was from me. It was the size of a speck. Now I’m stuck with these expensive shoes that don’t fit. I would not recommend. For reference, here are the shoes they said were too damaged on the bottom to return.
