Carrano reviews and discussion

I ordered a pair of black matte leather shoes from Carrano through Farfetch, but when my order arrived, I received the wrong pair — the shoes had a glossy finish instead of the matte leather I selected. I contacted customer service, returned them, and reordered the same pair to give the brand another chance. Unfortunately, the second order was also wrong, and I received the same glossy shoes again. It’s very disappointing to experience this twice, especially when ordering from a premium brand like Carrano. The design is beautiful, but the quality control and product accuracy are unacceptable. I hope Carrano and Farfetch review their fulfillment process to ensure customers receive the exact items they purchase.
