When we choose to improve ourselves, we collectively build toward a better world. We're for the growth-minded humans in the conscious pursuit of being better. Those on the lifelong journey of failing, learning, and iterating to fulfill their potential.

Calm Day was founded by Natasha James & Brandon Lewis a black entrepreneur couple focused on the future of human development. The idea for Calm Day was born during the start of the COVID pandemic and the lowest point of their life. At that time both Natasha and Brandon had experienced a dramatic shift in their overall mental health and wellbeing. Their mental health practice wasn’t enough to get them through the day, so they looked for adaptogenic supplements that could improve how their bodies manage stress. With the help of clinical herbalists, they researched science-backed adaptogens that could help improve how the human body responds to stress and regulates mood. They spent 8 months formulating Daily Calm, a science-backed daily supplement designed to support a calm state of mind. Through this process, they realized the need for creating a community focused on helping others on the journey of self-develop. Calm Day is currently in the beginning stages but is moving toward its vision of creating a daily system for improving your state of mind.

I'm very skeptical when it comes to supplements. I've been taking these every day for the past two weeks, and I am genuinely surprised at how much more relaxed I feel throughout the day and overall feel in a better mood and less anxious. This product is the only new thing i've added to my routine - it's safe to say these supplements work, at least for me. I definitely think it's worth trying out.

I'm a big fan of this supplement! It not only has great ingredients for calming stress & anxiety, but it elevates mood and boosts seratonin which is great daily! It doesn't upset my stomach, it doesn't make me tired at all, just gives me a calmness and happiness!
