I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from them — especially for a time-sensitive gift. I placed an order weeks in advance and received ZERO communication from the company. No order updates, no production updates, and no tracking information whatsoever. I had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on. When I contacted them last week, I was told my order would take 5–6 business days. Then, the day before Christmas Eve, I suddenly received an email saying the timeline was actually 10–12 business days. Changing the timeline at the last minute — after weeks of silence — is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse: • There is NO information anywhere on their website about a Christmas cutoff date • There is NO notice at checkout warning customers that orders placed after a certain date won’t arrive before Christmas • After over two weeks, I can still see that only a packing slip has been created Had I been properly informed or updated at any point, I would have ordered elsewhere. Instead, I was left without a gift and without answers. I’ve since seen many other customers online reporting the exact same issues: no communication, extended timelines, and orders not moving. This feels incredibly misleading and unprofessional. At this point, I have requested a full refund and am still waiting for proper resolution. Buyers beware. This is not how a legitimate business should operate, especially during the holidays. Until I receive a full refund, my reviews will continue to be posted

Buyers Beware. This company’s return policy is despicable, only offering a store credit and not a refund. I’ve ordered many times and unfortunately the last 3 orders have been a let down. This first order was a pair of earrings ordered for a friend. What arrived was a disappointment but for $20 I was okay with taking the loss. This time I ordered an “opal” tennis necklace for $56 and a plain tennis necklace for $30. At this cost I wanted to return for refund. The regular tennis necklace was stiff and didn’t lay nicely. The opal necklace looked very cheap and the gold hue on both was very dark and unflattering. Unknowingly to me the companies return policy is for store credit only. refund is only given for their error. I don’t want anything else from this shop. I ordered what I wanted and wasn’t happy with those items. I was denied repeatedly for this refund. Isn’t poor quality the stores fault? Should’n’t a refund be given if your product is unsightly and defective in how the jewelry lays and moves?
