At Brooklyn Cured, we make charcuterie with innovative flavors from sustainably raised meat that's antibiotic free and pasture raised. We make Beef Salami and Bresaola that's pork free as well as Cocktail-Inspired Salami. We also make New York classics including Soppressata, Sausages, Hot Dogs, Pastrami, and Coppa.
