Curiosity and experimentation are at the heart of BRIK, creating small-batch artisan chocolate collections, limited releases, and bespoke projects that play with the senses by blurring the worlds of food and design. Founded by Raffaella Baruzzo and Kia Utzon-Frank, BRIK creates chocolates to surprise and delight; elegantly crafting and designing understated pieces that are bold in flavour as well as form. BRIK uses 100% natural and sustainably-sourced ingredients to craft chocolates that take inspiration from the industrial world of surfaces, textures and raw materials.

BRIK aims to create in a sustainable way with each creation constantly optimised to produce minimal waste, plus all excess chocolate from production is used in development and testing of new ideas. All of BRIK’s product packaging is 100% biodegradable and 100% home compostable, with all the products created in a small kitchen, which has a minimal and nimble set-up that can be packed-down easily and built anywhere across the world.
