I am undecided about this product. It claims to make your hair grow in thicker. I’m not sure that it has made that happen, but it does feel nice sort of on the scalp. It’s nothing nearly as luxurious as they make it look in the videos. So that was kind of crappy to discover. I reached out to customer service when my brush broke and I provided the serial number and they said that they would send a new one out so hopefully they do.
