Horrible experience. I placed an order in the fall last year but they got the size wrong, cancelled my order, then refunded me the wrong amount (I paid the cost of the size I wanted but was refunded for the size they incorrectly detailed on my order). It was very inconvenient having to fix that issue and ultimately I had to dispute the charge on my card because their customer service is pretty much nonexistent. So....I don't have a picture of the actual product on hand because I never received it....
