    Certainly biased but do take the product twice a day with amazing results. This stuff really works and keeps the hungry cravings away.

    First of all, the product is wonderful but I will never (attempt to) do business with this company ever again. To make a long story short, because of an error on my part, I didn’t catch that the order was being shipped to a former address (forwarding had long expired). I quickly contacted Bonny. The long and short, Bonny couldn’t have possibly been less interested in problem solving or otherwise helping to resolve the issue. They were flat out jerks. In all the time I’ve shopped online, I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. And such apparent apathy regarding customer retention. A truly bewildering shopping experience.

    I received just the product although I order the spoon and was charged for both. I showed my doctor and for private reasons he said not to take it. I emailed them immediately( less than 30 days). They refused to refund my money. Now I have to go through the trouble to dispute the charge. They obviously won’t refund because this is not a sustainable business. They would have had the unopened product back. First big red flag is when a company won’t honor their return policy. If they cheat me , they’ll do the same to you. I’m sorry I hate doing business this way but people need to know.
