Bliss'd  offer self care journal that helps moms and families experience more connected through mindful journaling habits

Bliss'd helps women live more joyful, fulfilling and connected lives through the power of journaling. Bliss'd founder Allie discovered her love for journaling in 2019 after the birth of her son, when she experienced postpartum depression. Alongside medicine and therapy, journaling became a helpful tool to get through it - and it stuck long after the medicine finished! 

However, she couldn't find an easy-to-use, inspirational 5-minute guided journal that could be used at any time of day (which is so important for a mom!) so she decided to create one and launched her first journal in fall 2022. It's based on the format she used to help her maintain an effective journaling practice to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mindset and become more grateful.

She is creating a full line of flexible and easy-to-use journals.
