I love trying out new gluten free products since I have family & friends who are celiac. Birch Benders has a great variety of products, and I like that they offer a mix rather than a premade, frozen waffle like some other brands. I feel like I can avoid the gritty/mealy/dry textures common in frozen waffles + GF products when I have a mix to work with. They taste great!

Nothing negative to say about this pancake mix. If you are a camper I highly recommend taking these along with you. One of those tried and true camping staples that only requires water. The variety of flavor offering means you won't get bored of eating them.

Birch Benders pancake mix if my families favorite mix for breakfast time. Clean ingredients and easy to make with minimal extra ingredients to include. It always makes the perfect consistency of pancake!

I love the variety of pancake mixes they have. This brand is kind of pricey for the amount of mixture you get. I got these on sale though so not too bad when I got them. My mom had the keto blend and I tried these at her house and I had mixed some cottage cheese into the mix for some more protein and they were pretty good. I grabbed the organic classic and buttermilk variety for myself. My boyfriend was a fan of them.

I probably should have tried the classic buttermilk! I got the paleo version and I feel like it could use some more flavor. Definitely still a pancake but it’s just not really what I was looking for. Nice to have a grain free option though. I just don’t eat pancakes too often though so having a regular pancake once in a while on a weekend is fine with me.

Birch has such a great variety and affordable. Made pancakes over the weekend for my family and these were so loved, so good and spongy. Regardless of what flavor you get I am sure you'll enjoy it.

This is a staple in our house. I keep at least half a dozen bags in my pantry at all times. It's so convenient when my kids just want a pancake or two for breakfast - you just add the desired amount of mix with some water and you've got pancake batter! You can make it thicker or thinner depending on your preference. The ingredients are relatively clean and simple! The variety is nice, but we largely stick to the buttermilk Pancakes. They cook evenly, quickly, and taste great! The confetti mix and chocolate chip mix is a nice treat from time to time, too. I have tried the Paleo mix but didn't love the taste/texture. The ingredients and whatnot were great - the mix just wasn't for me.

This product was absolutely delicious as pancakes or waffles. This has a spongy texture that I enjoy pairing with bananas in the morning.

This is the best pancake mix out there!! I've tried a few varieties and they are were all excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the paleo mix is. I usually sub plant milk for water and generally need to add more than what's recommended on the bag for a smooth batter, but I've had fantastic pancakes every time when using their mixes. Looking forward to trying more!

I'm always looking for ways to sneak more vegetables into my diet, so I purchased the sweet potato mix. The pancakes turned out great. They weren't too dense and had just the right amount of sweetness. My picky toddler even liked them. I'm looking forward to trying other flavors.
