Big Ass Luxuries reviews and discussion

I was so excited to receive my candle. Unfortunately after I burned it a handful of times the glass turned black with soot, the wax was tunneling, and some wicks randomly go out. When the wax dries it looks caked and dirty. Not something I want to keep on kitchen island. I contacted customer service and they said this was normal. Disappointed..
