Oh, these are not really all that pleasant. They aren’t using powdered sugar, so this is essentially crumbly crunchy sugar dust enrobed in chocolate. It’s bizarre that it uses xanthan gum when it’s obviously not doing anything to hold it together. I ate it at room temperature, they suggest refrigerating them, but I honestly don’t think it’ll make much of a difference. (I got them in the store at room temperature, and it is 10 days prior to the date on the price tag, but the box’s expiration is 1 year away) It seems like they reformulated. (Cronometer has an old listing with 10 additional calories, but only 5 grams of added sugars instead of the 8 grams on this package.). I would have liked to try the old less sugary formulation, but I didn’t. This formulation is a dud.

These are truly addictive... not quite as soft as traditional cookie dough, but with all the sweet flavor. The chocolate coating is smooth & tasty, keep them refrigerated for a great chilled treat. So nice to have a convenient option to satisfy vegan cookie dough cravings.
