Worse experience shopping in a long time. They deserve - o stars. Their sizing and the lack of quality in their clothing is really the worst experience I’ve ever had. Also the customer service is insulting. I’m always a size 0 in every brand I wear. I ordered the Charlize brown & blue polka dot midi skirt. It was huge on me. Since a size 0 is the smallest size they carry, obviously I would not want to exchange the item for something else since their size 0 does not fit me. That is just common sense. They refused to give me a Refund and instead offered an exchange! Also the quality of their clothing is very poor… similar to Forever 21! I wish I had read some reviews and comments before buying from them! A lot of similar complaints…. Beginning Boutique should be Ending, soon! Never again!
