I placed an order on December 15 as a Christmas gift to my family. I updated the address to be shipped to the address that I will be visiting. Somehow Bath & body changes the address to the address they wanted to send it to even the address that no longer exist. When I called back December 21, I called back on December 23. They agreed to refund money as well as ship me the order at a zero cost. after being in the hospital suffering with bronchitis I am able to reach out to Bath and body Works because I still have not received the order. I spoke with Alex and Alex said there was nothing she can do and hung up on me. I have been a loyal customer to Bath and body since the early 1990s and I am appalled by the treatment I am receiving at this moment

I bought the Beach Coconut spray online, thinking it would be the same as it was years ago. It's not. It's less like coconut and more like a cheap perfume. It made me entirely nauseous. I specifically use light fragrances because of a perfume allergy, so be warned. If you are sensitive to strong fragrance, steer clear of this one.

Bath and Body Works is on and off with me but mostly ON! The scents are just 💋 to me and I definitely have some favorite like vanilla bean Noel for a cozy scent and golden mango lagoon for a summer chill scent! Aswell as pure wonder for a classy scent. The only down is their lotion isn’t top quality at all, it doesn’t hold much scent and kinda smells like cleaning supplies sometimes. Their candles are an 8.5/10 they’re good just not perfect!

Extremely horrible experience with ordering online during sale! Order was placed on Nov 18. Today is Dec 22nd. I didn’t receive anything! 2 customer support chats for 20 min each! 2 customer care calls 40 min and 15 min each. NOTHING! The people on the phone are clueless, nobody can’t tell you anything! But beggining of the problem is when you receiving the email confirmation that your order has been sent and after a week you checking the tracking number and it says that order actually never been even picked up! Because guess what - the items are out of stock! How can you “ship” something that is not on stock and send the shipping confirmation email! LIE! Then in the phone we are doing adjustment to the order to make sure that all items are on stock, I’m receiving the email confirmation again and guess what - same story! What waist of time! What are unprofessional people, system and all company itself to put customers through this hell for the hand soap lol. What a joke this business is! Shame!  

I have tried the Juicy Pink Dragonfruit body lotion, Into the Night body wash, and Thousand Wishes body lotion. Those three are really good and i wish i can try all of their collections Lol
