The flavor of this is what sold me it's so much lighter and more subtle than Liquid IV which I have been using the past year. The cran-raspberry and blackberry lemon are my favorite flavors and there's way less sugar in them than I've seen in other electrolyte packets. They're perfect to have before or after a couple of cocktails to avoid a hangover :)
