Introducing the premium hierbas of the Balearic islands, hand crafted in Santa Eulària, Ibiza. Made from more than a dozen herbs and spices, BASBAS is a multidimensional spirit that passes as an aperitif, moonlights as a digestif and exists somewhere in-between. Smooth and bright with a hint of sweet. Floral. Energetic. Soul-warming. Sip it or mix it with old friends or new.

“Bas” means “wild” in Euskera (the Basque language), a reference to wild foraged herbs. The recipe has been protected by Ibiza's Carreró family for generations but dates back to 16th century monks living in the Isles Balearia. Often used as a remedy, the monks fermented wild anise, then extracted essential oils of other herbs like rosemary, juniper, chamomile and sage into the alcohol.
