Barbet makes plant-based canned sparkling water using natural bold flavors.

The coles notes, Barbet is a full-flavoured sparkling beverage with personality. We take well-loved ingredients and create a melody of flavour that is equal parts bold and refreshing. 

Barbet was born out of a real need by Katie and Andrea.

You see, our co-founder, Katie, has epilepsy. After a bad seizure in March of 2020, she decided to go 0% ABV. She didn’t miss drinking, but she did miss the connection and feeling of inclusivity that came along with it. All the good times when friends came together to share a drink didn’t have the same sparkle because the zero-alcohol options available at the time lacked the same magic of their alcoholic counterparts.

So we came up with a wild idea - to put alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on a level playing field. To create full-bodied blends that don't shy away from being bold. We realized that it wasn’t just about creating something better in the can. It was about enhancing the entire experience and inspiring a more intentional drinking culture that is built around people, places, and memories. We realized that what matters most isn’t a liquid’s alcoholic payload but it's capacity to elevate a mood or moment. 

That’s how Barbet was born. And why we make elevated sparkling water that you can drink straight out of the can or mixed with your favourite spirit, so you don’t have to water down life's moments.

Barbet’s a family business started by two sisters who grew up in a big family that was big on get-togethers and big on celebrations.

The thing they remember most about all those gatherings was that there was always room at the table for one more.

Around the Barbet table, everyone is welcome, and there is always an extra seat at the table. So pull up a chair and share your story. We don’t care what you’re drinking or what you’re drinking it with. We’re just glad that you’re here.

Love the branding and the taste. Sooo good and it stands out on shelves! 

Barbet offers a great range of flavors, and the overall taste is exceptionally refreshing. I'm a fan of both the branding and the delicious taste. There's an interesting twist, though – the can or label gives off a sweet, vanilla-like scent, which, while not impacting the taste,it can be a bit confusing as your senses try to match the scent with the drink.

I tried the light wave flavour and I’m ridiculously into it. Nice refreshing taste and the perfect amount of bubbles. I also just think the packaging is cute! lol

The price point is a tad expensive, but not overly so. 

Finally a soda beverage company that isn't afraid of a couple calories! 

I believe I've tried all the flavours and they are very unique, and for the most part quite tasty. 

DELICIOUS drinks. I could drink 10 of these, I swear. Super yummy by themselves or make them into mocktails or cocktails!

I am a die-hard Barbet Stan. The flavour if out of this world (way better that Olipop / Aura Bora IMO).
