I am 33 years old and have been struggling with adult acne - specifically hormonal acne over the last 5 years. I love that the founder created Banu Skin because she was struggling to find any skincare products that worked for her hormonal acne. Usually acne products are really drying and too harsh on my skin. I am happy to report that is not the case for Banu’s Blemish Clearing Serum. It uses very gentle actives that don’t irritate or cause uncomfortable tightness. I don’t feel my already dry skin feeling any more dry than normal. I really appreciate that it is designed for every skin tone. They don’t just make this claim they did a study. The founder said they always want to approach acne holistically and they’ve ensured that it contains a very strict ingredient philosophy. There’s not a single ingredient that has a remote chance of clogging pores. It is a bit pricy in my opinion for the serum but I would consider purchasing again.
