  • Brush Size: Adult Small (Women’s) is 75mm wide & 49mm front to back. It feels extremely huge and cumbersome in my mouth. Even though you can see in the video you can adjust the speed of the vibration, that isn’t going to get your teeth cleaned properly. You still have to “help” it by holding onto the outside of the brush and moving side to side and in figure 8’s. I can’t even keep this in my mouth for a few seconds. I immediately gag and I can’t do anything about it. Maybe if the brush head only had one side instead of top and bottom together it would be easier to tolerate but then defeats the purpose of it I suppose. Refill heads are expensive to replace and it’s very difficult if you are using regular toothpaste to try to scrape out the toothpaste left behind. Don’t waste your money.

  • I’ve always wanted to try the Autobrush toothbrush. I have dry mouth and it causes me to get cavities easier so I thought the Autobrush would be beneficial and help reach every part of my tooth. I ordered the smaller size recommend for women but it still felt like it was not the right fit. Every time I tried doing the side to side motion or the figure 8’s I could not help but gag. I’m not sure if it’s a matter of getting used to or if it means it’s too large for my mouth but I can not do it. I like the idea of the LED and think it’s a really beneficial feature to have, especially for someone like me who needs the help with gum bacteria but if I can’t tolerate using the brush because I gag, I’m obviously not getting the LED benefit. Get a regular electric toothbrush. Don't waste your money on this.

  • The autobrush does do well cleaning teeth. It’s efficient since bristles cover the entire mouth and the figure 8 movement or back and forth movement techniques outlined in the introductory video plus the vibration of the brush remove food and grime all in 30 seconds. There are options on the device to adjust the vibration intensity, time and lighting to your liking. I started with the lowest levels and found it to be sufficient. The foam toothpaste is recommended but I managed to use peppercorn sized drops of regular toothpaste in its place. I used three drops per side and found it to be enough. Although the curved brush head does a good job on teeth it does not reach the tongue. You have to purchase a separate tongue cleaner to clean the tongue. It’s just something to be aware of that you’ll need an extra device to reach the tongue. In my case I just used a manual brush for the tongue.
