I'm seriously obsessed with their super sensa moisturizer. As someone who struggles with acne, it hasn't ever broke me out and has improved my skin texture like nothing else I've tried! I love that it's pH balanced and includes amazing ingredients like squalane, niacinamide, and tremella snow mushroom. (My skin is sensitive, acne prone, with oily t-zone, but I would suggest this for anyone!)

I cannot say enough good things about this brand. As someone who has tried every acne solution out there - creams, antibiotics, 2 rounds of accutane, birth control - you name it and I’ve probably tried it. I had always been recommended to use CeraVe by dermatologists, but after years of trying to find a solution to my acne problems, I found authentic ego. I am always terrified to switch up my skincare routine as it had always resulted in my acne looking much worse. I decided to try out a sample of the moisturizer before committing to a full bottle, and they kindly also sent over some samples of their vitamin C to try. I was intrigued by the consistency initially, but as someone with really oily skin and the occasional dry patch along my chin areas, I found that it absorbed so well into my skin and left me feeling well moisturized even after using a benzyl peroxide face wash and applying topical Winlevi cream. I haven’t looked back at CeraVe once, and I recently incorporated the vitamin C serum into my AM and PM routine as well. I like to use a little aquafor over my dry patches from Arazlo use at night, so if you struggle with small dry patches, that may be a good solution for you! The vitamin C serum is a beautiful, milky texture that you are even able to use under a retinoid if desired. Beyond loving their products, the owner is so incredibly kind and is always willing to help or answer any product related questions. I had asked how best to incorporate the vitamin C serum with my prescription creams and had asked her for sunscreen recommendations, and she was so quick to respond and very helpful via email. I truly cannot recommend both of these products enough, especially for those struggling with oily, acne-prone skin. I am now patiently waiting for them to come out with a sunscreen…
