  • I love scents and aromatherapy. Having bought many different brands of perfumes, candles and incense, I am very happy to find this brand and their products. The incense smells very smoothing, delicate, balanced, and just well-defined, unlike many incense in the market, which usually have pungent smells - I’m very sensitive to artificial stuff and have tried products that releases overly strong and cheap synthetic smell. With that experience, I really stick to all natural stuff. Haven’t tried the white sage & palo santo yet, the packaging looks elegant, I really like the stamp they use - it’s just nice to have something with human-touch. I waited for around 9 days for it to arrive, but it’s worth it!

  • I purchased incense from aurawell (their URL is auraspring.shop) and they deliver! The packaging is really nice. I was used to Japanese Incense and I believe their Chinese incense are even better than some of the Japanese ones. They ship pretty fast. Got my item in 10 days

  • I’ve been using AuraWell/AuraSpring incense for three weeks while working from home as a solo founder, and it’s become a simple ritual that genuinely improves my focus and mood. The scents are nature-forward (cedar + sage and hinoki are standouts), never powdery or perfume-heavy, and they burn clean with a steady ember and minimal smoke. No headaches, no chemical after-smell—just a calm, grounded atmosphere that helps me switch contexts between deep work and breaks. Packaging is plastic-free and thoughtful, with a small card explaining sourcing and a quick breathing prompt—nice touch. My order arrived in 4 days, everything intact. I had a question about burn time and customer support replied in under an hour with clear tips (upright lighting + letting the ember establish makes a big difference). What I loved: consistent quality, balanced scent profiles, even burn, and the overall emphasis on mindful use. What could improve: a discovery sampler with mini sticks to test more blends, and a simple subscription option every 4–8 weeks would be great. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a gentle, natural ritual to start or close work sessions—or to reset your space between tasks—these are the most reliable sticks I’ve tried. Highly recommend.
