  • This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t even begin to express my disappointment. Please, please, please avoid this company at all costs. I’ve never left a bad review before, but Atelje has pushed me to do so after causing me a great deal of stress over a simple phone case order. I ordered a phone case as a Christmas gift for my mum, and to this day, it still hasn’t arrived. Based on the limited tracking details I have, it seems the parcel was lost in transit or returned to the sender. However, Atelje refuses to provide any proper tracking details. Instead, they claim it was delivered to a different town and even had the audacity to ask me to visit a drop-off location myself—without any proof or confirmation from the shipping company. Throughout this entire ordeal, they have failed to provide any clear information or support. Despite repeatedly asking for a resolution, they have done nothing to help. I’ve wasted £30 and dealt with unnecessary stress, with no way to escalate the issue as they continue to ignore my requests. Save yourself the frustration—don’t waste your money on this company.
