Website unclear about the custom's costs, which are outrageously expensive - talking about shipping from the UK to the EU. Got an e-mail from DHL where they first tell me the amount to pay was € 61,00; then found out had to pay € 85,00 to have my purchase through customs. If you're omitting relevant things you can't be taken seriously. Products aren't cheap, they're nice and good quality but the whole thing looks like a mockery to the consumers. Quite an unpleasant experience and can't recommend it.
