Arrowhead Mills Baking reviews and discussion

I have been using the Arrowhead Mills organic coconut flour that is gluten free a few times. I am on my second bag. I think it is good coconut flour. I do not usually see other brands so I think this is worth purchasing.

Giving a 4 because I love all of my regular Arrowhead products. I recently tried the oat flour pancake and waffle mix (see photo), and I was disappointed. They really didn't stand up to their rice flour mix. I will use what I have of the oat flour mix, and go back to the OG rice flour mix, as it is outstanding.
