I was first introduced to Aperol on a trip to Sweden. It was summer, it was hot and we were thirsty! The bartender recommened tryan Aperol Spriz. When the drinks arrived the bright orange color was appealing and the size of the glass seemed like a fishbowl. Incredibly refreshing, unique but likable taste. The PERFECT cocktail for a late sunny afternoon. Aperol became our drink of choice throughout Europe We make them at home now
