I bought this product on a whim, and boy, am I glad I did! These rice cakes, comprising rice, quinoa, and flaxseed, are covered in milk chocolate with a dried cranberry topping. They're the perfect snack with a great blend of flavor and texture. Gluten-free and only 100 calories, they're also addictive in a good way. Not sure how easy they are to get in the United States (I purchased a few boxes a couple of months ago in San Diego), but if you can find them definitely snap 'em up!
