BRING BACK DAIRY!!! I'm done with fake milks (oat, almond, etc). Always wonder why in Europe I could consume dairy and totally be fine. But at home in the states, I don't do great. Then I learned about A2/A2 milk quality and it's been a game changer. I legit now drink a glass of milk with confidence. Cookie? yep i'm having milk. Cereal? milk. Coffee? milk. DRINK WHOLE MILK (make sure its a2/a2) !!!!!!
