Placed an order in good time for my granddaughters birthday. Advised by courier that they had package - delivery never attempted and they have referred me back to AirUp. Sent message and received initial response but nothing further. No updates and no confirmation that replacement order despatched. Now in the embarrassing position of not having a present for my 10 year old granddaughters birthday. Now attempting to get contact with them - not happy

Think twice before buying this extremely overpriced water bottle. That's all it is a standard but over engineered water bottle. I got roped into buying one from all the horsey YouTube videos I watch. Mine came a few days ago and "WOW" what an utter disappointing moment when I set it all up as instructed. And the straw like top part that the pod sits on to, is totally unsuitable because it barely leaves enough room to act get your mouth around. It gave me headache from having to suck up the water so hard. Because you literally only have a tiny tip to suck on too. The water simply just tastes like water. Because of the way you have to suck up the water, you barely even notice the smell of the pod so it's a case of one or the other. If you tilt the bottle you can smell the pod more, but it then leaks everywhere. But it still tastes like plain water. Basically your paying the earth for the fancy name, idea and the look. Nothing more or less. Just get a normal water bottle and add a tiny amount of fresh juice to make the taste better and it still be healthy.

Ordered a month ago. Only part of order received. Missing the bottle and several pods so unable to try. Sent 12 messages to Air up. Had no reply to any. Now having to go through my bank to raise a dispute and claim it all back. Unfortunately this seems to be a common problem with Air up after reading on their fb page. Taking people money but they re even no products in return. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Definitely not as advertised! Yes you can smell the pod but it doesn’t change the taste of the water. It has been like pulling teeth to get my 10 year old to drink more water, so she saw this on TiKTok and said that she would like to try it. Me being intrigued, and watching the ad, thought it was pretty cool. $70 freaking dollars later! We don’t do plastic water bottles. It doesn’t keep anything cold long enough! So we opted for the steel water bottle with the stater pack pods. Now for the sake of being cool my daughter is drinking more water. But to me, it’s like I spent $70 on a water bottle that I could have gotten for $20. I am not throughly impressed but as long as she’s drinking more water, then I can’t be that disappointed.

Sent to the wrong shipping address. $50 worth of merchandise. Could not contact anyone to cancel order, so 50 down the drain!!! AWFUL customer service. Emailed re shipping and problem never heard back. Advice: take business elsewhere.

I was beyond excited to get this! My disappointment was such a let down. The bottle is nice but so are a lot of other, much cheaper water bottles! The concept is interesting and what triggered my excitement to use this product. While having the flavor "disk" in place as it is instructed to get the flavor makes the water almost impossible to drink. Imagine trying to drink out of a straw that has a hole in it. That is exactly how this product is supposed to "work". I only wish the ads and promotions I watched told a true accounting of what was necessary to use. Such a let down! It's no wonder why they have a no return policy after use! EVERYONE would return it! I wonder if it qualifies as fraud. Definitely deceiving and doesn't work as advertised!

I can't review the product, but would strongly advise anyone considering having any dealings with this company to avoid it at all costs. I placed an order online. I am in Scotland in the UK. Unfortunately I stupidly made a mistake in my order. I thought I had ordered three starter packs including bottles, but realised almost immediately after sending the order that I'd ordered the wrong thing. I contacted them immediately to ask them to swap the incorrect items for the right ones, but they refused to do so. They claimed it was too late because they process their orders "so quickly", but they had not started on mine when I contacted them. I explained that unless they swapped the items I'd be unable - not unwilling - but just unable to use the flavour pods I had ordered without the bottles. I then asked if they couldn't make changes to the order to just cancel it altogether, and again they refused. Despite being aware that sending me the pods would be pointless they insisted on doing so. Their only "advice" was to refuse to accept delivery, but my husband took the box when it arrived. I have now been trying for a WEEK to get the details I need to return this box. I've submitted their "Return form" around five or six times, and have also emailed the "support". My emails are either being ignored completely, or occasionally replied to with a stock copy and paste reply telling me they can only accept returns of the item is unused. On ONE occasion I received an email expressing sadness at my decision to return the items, asking for a reason for my decision - despite my countless prior communications, and advising they'd welcome my feedback. I provided them with the details yet again, and have received not one response since. I've tried to book a return via DPD or similar but since the company don't accept responsibility for returns it has to be at my own expense. This is bad enough, and due to Brexit is likely to cost around £60 to return. However, also due to Brexit I also need details such as VAT numbers and something called EORI number. Unsurprisingly my emails to air up asking for this information has been ignored. Their "customer service" is totally non existent, and is designed to take as much money as possible with no means of contacting them directly to sort any issues. Please think very carefully before entering into any kind of purchase from this company, because you will feel like the least valued customer in the world. Once they have your money they have absolutely NO interest in resolving issues, and have made it impossible to return items which are either broken or simply can't be used. I accept the initial mistake was my own, but I was not asking for anything difficult nor asking that the company be out of pocket. I made a simple mistake, and asked that instead of putting 3 variety packs of pods into the order, they put three bottles instead. I made this request almost immediately, so believe it was an easy fix. Literally the worst company I have ever encountered.

Terrible customer service and trash return policy. Big downside to this company is they do not have a money back guarantee. This product is not for everyone and considering how much thry charge, money back guarantee should be a no-brainer. They refuse to accept return and refund me even though I keep telling them this does work for me. I dont really taste anything and also, the bubbles it create while sipping is so uncomfortable to me. There is no way I can drink out of this bottle ever!
