To be honest, I picked up Aeris mainly because I fell in love with the packaging. The cube shaped bottles are genuinely striking. I went for a double serving (200ml) of the old fashioned. I served it in frozen glass and it was delicious. The old fashioned is perfectly balanced and the brown butter gives it a wonderful finish. It went down perfectly and got my evening off to a perfect start.
Feedback
I paid 160dkk (around €22). To me, this is a little pricey for two cocktails at home. I'd be much more likely to try Aeris again, and it would also probably be a 5 star review if Aeris cocktails were slightly less expensive.
