My DR recently told me that there have been some great studies that show that calcium helps with regulating hormones, especially when you hit perimenopause. I also know that i am deficient in vitamin D and need more magnesium so this seemed like such a good option. I take one at night with my evening hot drink. The macros are pretty good and whilst is does not give me the daily requirement, it supplements what i am already taking and eating. Overall not too sweet which i enjoy and simply tastes like chocolate.
