I love the snacks from this brand because they are delicious, have no artificial anything in them, and have no allergens for me. The muffins, brownies, and cupcakes from this brand also very so good tasting that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between these and a "normal" non-vegan version.

A friend in Boston told me about Abe’s! Just ordered some more in my grocery delivery & they are the best! I love all flavors. Tonight I had the Coconut Carrot & they are delicious! Super moist, vegan- much healthier for my gut issues! Even no nuts or soy, so safe for those with allergies. I love that they don’t add the paper around the muffin- they always seem to get stuck, but not with this company! My daughter is vegetarian & I have restrictive dietary guidelines so I really do love these as a mid-day or evening snack. Healthy yet tasty! I heard that their cakes were fantastic! I hope to try soon! 🤤 Love Abe’s. I could live off of these. My diet is considered boring thanks to my autoimmune issues. But I can have these! 🙌🏻 Whether you have dietary restrictions or are vegetarian/vegan, these are tasty. I’d buy them regardless. My friend makes homemade, organic, muffins, & these are just as good. 🩵
