I ordered 180 dollars in merchandise from this company and saw the 2 week return policy, but failed to see "store credit only." I did not like the suit when it arrived and tried it on for all of 30 seconds without removing the hygienic liner. I started a regular return only to receive a snarky email response claiming there was a stain on the gusset. They attached a zoomed in photo where you cannot identify the garment in question with a tiny speck on it. I sent an email for them to please send a zoomed out photo which they did not provide. The company then blocked me from their Instagram + TikTok profile which makes no sense because we had no heated exchanges. I also don't regularly use TikTok, which means this business had to a) search for my profile, and b) block me on both platforms. This is not a fake review and my order # was 37816.

Cute top but if you are larger than a B cup, these tops are too small. I am a size 6 and ordered a large and cannot comfortably keep my chest covered. No return policy that works if their swimsuit design does not fit you. Cannot recommend anyone waste $80 on a top that they would be stuck with.

Do not recommend buying for 93 PlayStreet. Quality is okay; mostly everything is too small so you have to size up. I ordered some bottoms thinking they would fit but they didn’t. I tried to buy the same bottoms in a bigger size but they don’t hold enough stock that all other sizes were sold out. When you return items that don’t fit you, they reject the return even when returned in same packaging and NEVER been worn but to try on. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a $110 one-piece and I'm extremely disappointed. The sizing is completely off - I'm typically a S/M in bikinis but had to order a L based on their chart. Even following their recommendation to size up, the fit is awkward and unflattering. When it arrived in just a clear plastic bag (like something from a fast fashion site), I knew I was in for disappointment. The fabric quality is terrible - 80% nylon/20% spandex is a cheap blend that gets heavy when wet, fades quickly, and wears out fast. I studied textiles in college, so I immediately recognized the poor quality. For $110+ (not including taxes and shipping), you expect a luxury experience. This probably cost them $15 max to produce. Absolutely ridiculous markup. Won't be purchasing again and would strongly advise others to avoid.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Do Not Purchase! They refuse to refund you and make it nearly impossible to get a different size once you realize that their sizes are insane. My bathing suits are all small/mediums (I’m 160 and 5’4’’ - never had children) but I bought a large to be safe and yet they told me that I was an XL and that I bought the wrong size! Then they refused to refund me, told me that they wouldn’t do an exchange for a different size because I didn’t mail it back within the 2 days after I received it, and then blocked me on Instagram. This place is a scam, way over priced, and are not customer service based. It’s not worth it.

Ordered a suit valued at $151 dollars, tried it on within a day of receiving it and then it did not fit so I quickly filed a return and sent it back. They denied my return for “Smokey smell”, I truly believe they’re trying to do everything not to accept the return. I have never smoked a day in my life. What a bad experience, i do not recommend this place as their customer service seems to be picky and wanting to keep money.
