I bought the ghee clarified butter. You can use this at high temperatures and it doesn’t burn as easily as butter. I guess it’s all right. It’s like any other GHEE. I would recommend even though it is a little bit more expensive than the other brands.

I used the vanilla ghee postpartum and ADORED the flavor in everything from baked goods to cozy nourishing drinks. I appreciate 4th & Heart's flavor lineup and love how clean their products are. would highly recommend!!!
When I was postpartum, I tried all the ghee brands (as healthy fats are great for that time in your life). I kept on coming back to this option! It really is the best tasting, isn't grainy, comes out smooth, and has such rich flavor. I put it in my drinks, on toast, in my popcorn (instead of butter). I'm always surprised by how much I can use it for. It is a bit pricey at your local Sprouts ($14), but it's often on sale, or can even be found on Amazon these days.
