Horrible customer service. The arrival of product was over 10 days late. I attempted to cancel without success. I then immediately shipped the product back without even opening. Over a month later and after several emails, I received only store credit. Truly horrendous and deplorable customer service.

1987 makes high quality, super cute apparel - but it just feels SO overpriced. I know they have a pretty strong following, which is all it takes to sell basic apparel at $$$ pricing these days, but I find it really hard to justify spending $90+ on a mostly basic hoodie. I do own a few things from them, and the thing I like the most is one of their more standard crewnecks. It's super soft, but given that they do drop-based releases and their pricing is so high, it makes it hard to keep buying from them.

There clothing is good, but if they don’t fit I should be allowed to get my money back. Anyways, the clothing is nice but their customer service is snobby. So just beware of that.
