I couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of purchasing from Fyrn. 5 stars across the board. I purchased a Mariposa chair and was so impressed I ordered two more. A beautiful design, contemporary and classic, very comfortable. I selected Natural Oak finish with matte silver hardware and it's a stunning combination. Each piece is machined perfectly, the tolerances on the hardware and joinery are such that the chair is rock solid. I LOVE the tactile quality of the finish on the oak. The natural beauty of the white oak comes through magnificently and while you call tell it's a durable, user friendly finish, the wood is right there, not encased in polyurethane. A sensual pleasure to the touch. Assembly was simple with easy to follow instruction video on the website. All tools needed come with the chair and a particularly nice touch is the inclusion of extra fasteners in case one is lost during assembly. Packaging is eco friendly cardboard, simple to open and recycle. No impossible to open, never decomposes plastic anywhere. I would also give Fyrn absolutely top marks for customer service. + + + + + HIGHLY recommended
