Happy Thursday, Thingtesters! What do you think about products to help you sleep? I was a skeptic for a long time — until I found a few things that worked for me. Today my sleep stack includes own-label magnesium tables, a cheap ‘blackout’ eye mask, and a pair of Loop earplugs I was gifted. It hasn't cost me much, but I'm devoted to it, and it reminds me of the age-old truism for building customer loyalty: what you're selling has to actually work.
