Works for ilex mate
I was feeling anxious and jittery after my morning coffees so was looking for an alternative, and came across ilex. I was honestly pretty dubious that ilex would give me energy without any negative side effects, but I feel so much better - I'm working more efficiently, thinking more clearly, and don't have an awful crash at midday.
Feedback
Taste is really nice (much better than green tea in my opinion), but I have a bit of a sweet tooth so added some honey to my cup which makes it taste even better
