There has been a trend on collagen and I'm so for it. I got this liquid collagen from Costco for a really great price for such a huge bottle that will last me 3 months. The best way to get collagen is by taking it rather than putting lotions that market collagen, which is why I think this product is so much better. The best part is that you only have to take 2 tsp per day for 90 days, which is such minimal effort to get collagen.
