Lovely product and clearly well made but sadly at 5ft 6inches and a size 8 even the smallest size was overwhelming. Returning the item is however disappointing. No response to confirm they have received item (which is showing in my tracking as arrived) and no response to let me know when I will receive refund. Now over a week. At the price point £255 I would expect excellent customer service and notifications. Appears the opposite. Sadly even if the shirt had a smaller size due to this poor service, I would not be a returning customer. Rarely wrote reviews but very dissatisfied.
