High quality gummy with a delicious taste. The ultimate in chilling you out. Takes 20 minutes or so. If you have trouble falling asleep, this is a perfect little addition to your nighttime routine. I've tried about all of their flavors ~ and am pleasantly surprised. Especially compared to other gummies that taste like old/chewy kid candy.
