Wow Baking Company makes amazing gluten free cookies and quite the variety! My absolute favorite are their soft baked lemon cookies. I also enjoy their ginger cookies. They have them individually wrapped and those were a lot of fun during a 12 hour shift. Great texture and flavor. Highly recommend! Makes me so happy they bake awesome gluten free cookies that stick together and taste amazing!
