  • Love Wild Fork! The meat quality is excellent, and they have a great variety of products to choose from — always a good experience.

  • I started using Wild Fork a couple of years ago. The prices are, for the most part, reasonable. I read a few cooking periodicals, and quite often a recipe will recommend a particular cut that is hard to find. As an example, "outer skirt steak" was recommended as superior to "inner skirt steak" or "flap meat", but even the butcher had to order it specially. Wild Fork had it and delivered the next day. My wife loves prime rib, but it's hard to find a prime rib roast that is actually USDA Prime, but I can usually find it on Wild Fork. The meats are delivered frozen in dry ice, and the packaging will keep the food cold for several hours, though it's probably best to be home for a delivery. Where I live, the delivery service is pretty good about giving an estimated time, and it is always within the window that I selected in the order. Lots of choices, from ground meats to Japanese A5 Wagyu, and it isn't hard to find something at most price ranges.
