  • Unhelpful and unresponsive customer services. Contacted the company twice over email as their website advised to try cancel order (carbon footprint, avoid unnecessary p&d) despite two emails and even trying IG I’ve had no response. 4 marketing emails though which demonstrates priority towards selling. Surprised JL is stocking the company as their interest in customer experience or minimising waste is not a clear company value. The website was too sensitive hence ordering by mistake. I only have 14 days to process return which is challenging for a full time NHS worker & have to fund p&p. Really horrid buying experience
