Vigie is, hands down, the best limoncello I’ve had outside of Italy (or maybe ever)! The taste is refreshing and natural with the lemon tones being a perfect balance of sweet and sour. I loved having limoncello after meals when I lived in Italy and trying the spectrum of homemade varieties that restaurant owners offered. However, when I was back in the US I was disappointed to find that all the existing limoncello options were overly sweet and syrupy. Vigie reminded me of the authentic Italian limoncello. We enjoyed it straight up, mixed with prosecco, and mixed into a few different types of cocktails. Vigie is definitely now a staple in our liquor cabinet!
